Custom domains temporarily unavailable

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

Between 11 Feb 2026 10:00am and 15:45pm, Scout groups using their own domain names (like yourgroup.org.uk) were unable to access their websites. Groups using scoutpages.co.uk addresses were unaffected.

What happened: A configuration issue with our web traffic routing meant that browsers couldn't properly connect to sites using custom domains.

Resolution: We identified and corrected the routing configuration. All custom domains are now working normally.

We dropped the ball on this one. We should have spotted this issue much sooner. We'll be making improvements to our monitoring so we can catch and fix problems like this before they affect your sites.
